Each bag makes approximately 3-4 Cups

Good Stuff™ cooking mix comes with two parts within the bag: 1) Grains and Seeds, and 2) Add-Ins. 
Germinate your seeds that are in the package. Germination takes very little time, 8-12 hours total. Pour the seed/grain mix in a bowl, cover with water and let soak overnight. It's simple! After the germination process, rinse out the seed/grain mix and put in a saucepan. Add the contents of the Add-In packet. Add fresh water to the mixture until it just covers it. Bring to a boil, turn down to simmer for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed.

Each of the three colorful blocks has four holes, which are nearly the depth of the block. The holes can be used to hold treats such as nuts, dry cereal, commercial treats, and other dry foods.
Another way to encourage more foraging is to fill the Original Forage Feeder with your bird's pelleted or formulated diet. Fill with the diet to nearly the top, just in reach of your bird's beak. Once your bird has eaten enough that he can no longer reach the food, then he will need to chew away some wood to reach more food.

Here's a great toy, designed especially for those birds who are hard on their toys. Made entirely out of stainless steel chain, nuts, and bolts, it is completely safe for tough birdies. The base is a one foot chain consisting of half inch links. Mounted through the chain are four 3 inch bolts that hold various plastic and wood pieces for fun chewing and destroying as well as four stainless steel washers. All pieces are free moving on the bolt and held onto the bolt with a stainless steel locknut that even the most talented of mechanical parrots cannot remove. They are removable by humans with two pairs of vice grips or pliers. Refill kits of the plastic and wooden pieces are available for $10 and will be thrown in with the order of the first toy at no charge.
